The Arrogance of Hope

Hope it tugs at the heart
We all fail at the start
We board the train of depression
Here lays the cord

When all the roses are dead
The pain will spread
We will reveal their lust for blood
They cause a great flood

Death what does it provide
you have lied
you pryed hope from me
you said i would happy
now i feel crappy

I wish the noose was loose
you said fly to the bosom of your god
i believed you are flawed
what are my dying odds
