Arson

Delicate skin set to ignite

New fire is lit to old flames

Flash backs, for inferno will fight

The crackles whisper their small names

Like smoke consuming the air

Burdens suffocate

Beacon sends oppressive glare

Escalating spate

Bonfire aglow

Arising bursts of combustion

Destroyed below

Long awaited for ignition

Irate! Fuming declare

Down! deteriorates the foundation

Thereon withers at dawn

Eager for disintegration

Burn! in the depths of Acheron

TheLyricBard

I have been writing passionately since I was about ten years old. When I was younger, I used to spend my days after school writing cheesy action/romance novels. Nowadays, I spend my time writing poetry, horror screenplays, and dystopian novels. I love using imagery, symbols, and hidden meanings! Random facts: I enjoy eating ice cream, cuddling, and watching city lights at night.
