What will you show me today?

I'll take anything you've got to give

Will it be a life lesson,

That shows me how to appreciate?

Or a snapshot of emotions, saved for later dates?

Will it be crafted to perfection?

Or is perfection just a perception?

Is success of that nature too,

And is society's perception true?

No, not for me

I don't love you for money

You give me reason to be
