Art in a Different Form

Music is more than just sound waves pulsing through your ears beating at your ear drums, infiltrating your mind, leaving behind perfect rhymes, its composed of stories built up over time broken down and unwind, sent and meant for the relating of eyes of the blind and those who see perfectly fine, but our stories changed over time to murder and piety crime, because we got used to the storms and stopped looking for the sunshine, Malala Yousafzai always looked toward the light but the Taliban tried to ruin her sight, her view of a better world, where girls would go to school and get their abilities to new heights, after her attack she became stronger and changed her view to something even larger, instead of just girls she wanted the whole world. Martin King Jr. advocated for the black people, to get their rights of being treated equal like the whites, he too went through problems and pain, but a straight path he was able to maintain, even though horrifically he was slain but for the future of the black people he made a big change. Sister Megan Rice, 87 year old lady for what she believed in she was willing to pay the price, to go above and beyond and was able to sacrifice, to break in a military place, spray paint the word peace, on what she believed was nuclear waste. These are what leaders are and what they do, showing us that we should too, this is a new form of art, one where we can be apart of, one where we can spread around, let us not be silent but make a sound, basically leadership is a type of art, it takes a lot of skill and a lot of heart, so go and be a true leader, and strive and a true believer.
