Peace be with you Peace not war War with our countries War with our hearts Hearts shattered Hearts stitched into sleeves Sleeves used for napkins Sleeves used for warmth Warmth shedding from UV rays Warmth shedding from families Families dignify unity Families symbolize hope Hope to live on Hope to succeed Succeed in school Succeed in life Life equals rollercoaster Life equals game Game of wisdom Game of survival Survival of the fittest Survival is key Key to freedom Key to happiness Happiness builds friendships Happiness builds love Love is toxic Love is pain Pain is temporary Pain is pride Pride is determination Pride is believing Believing in yourself Believing in others Others can make you Others can break you You are your own best friend You are your own worst enemy Enemy standing undefeated Enemy standing for victory Victory is sweet Victory is honor Honor is priceless Honor means commitment Commitment is trust Commitment is forever Forever old Forever young
