The Art of Love
When I look to the sky
I think of you
And I no longer feel so blue.
The waves of the trees
The birds and the bees,
And the gravel underneath my feet.
Even the touch of a breeze keeps you close to me.
The clouds keep us inspired
The clouds keep us close,
And together.
We sing to the stars
Whenever we are apart,
You look at the moon and think of me.
The clouds remind you of my dreams,
And who i strive to be.
The waves of the ocean,
Remind me of your bright eyes.
And the rising sun reminds me of your pure heart.
Who would’ve known you would turn out to be my first love.
My head stays in the clouds whenever you’re around.
You keep me inspired,
With your colorful soul and addictive laugh.
I feel like picasso with the worlds largest canvas,
Itching to be discovered.
You and I together make beautiful art,
A complete collection,
A divine mind.
