The Art of Words

Poetry is the essence of ones mind,

 it is the whispers of the soul.

Poems speaks words so loud,

you can feel the raw emotion.

The words awaken my spirit 

that affects my mind, my body and my soul.

Letters are only letters until,

you put them in the right order,

to make them mean something.

Words are just words

until they are arranged carefull to represent,

a thought, a feeling, or an emotion.

Poetry is the art of thoughts and emotion.

It defines how we think and how we feel,

in such beauty.

Hearing the words you need can change

your outlook on life,

or lift you up from a dark place.

Poetry is a reason.

It is a reason to continue.

a reason to believe,

a reason to stay,

and a reason too feel.
