Artemis

Our goddess, deity, beautifully divine

A lovely daughter of Zeus

Adoration pours upon you

Our love you easily induce

The hunters appreciate your favor

They offer you their token

They bring to you the offerings

To be sure their thankfulness is spoken

The maidens they adore you

At your festivals they dance

As women give birth to their children

It is you they pray to for chance

You are the master of the wild

The forest thanks you for its care

Your bow and quiver you carry

And display the power that you bear
