ARTIST
You have a gift,
they like to say.
But they cannot see,
I am painting
my pain.
A sweet release
of acrilic blood.
Smudged on a canvas,
with a brush.
Hauntingly beautiful,
is my art.
For I am an artist,
with a broken heart.
