Ash In The Sky
Ash In The Sky
With a rumble, the sun went, leaving forever
The darkness swallowed the red orange, the sunset no more.
The ash flew like kites in the sky,
the end is nye,
the end is nye.
The Earth shuttered,
as it fell,
into the darkest depths of Hell.
I remember when all was swell,
before the earth crumbled and fell.
Before the ground was made of corpses,
not a soul alive,
not a living thing,
to walk the Earth or thrive.
The ash flew like kites in the sky,
The end is nye,
The end is nye.
Now the world, devoid of life,
was engulfed with fire,
death and stryfe.
