asili ya binadamu

Hurt, we hurt, we kill, we abandon.

Anger, we hate, we cry, we yell.

Grief, we break, we mourn, we miss.

Love, we love, we hug, we kiss.

Joy, we smile, we laugh, we enjoy.

Hope, we believe, we dream, we wish.

We feel, we care, we change, we overcome.

We have these feelings to better understand one another.

We find support in one another and move forward together.

We form,

We unite,

We rise, It connects us all spiritually and mentally.

After all it is something deep within us.
