Ask Me Now

"Ask me later"

I brush you off

"Leave me alone"

I slam my door

"Go away"

I turn my back

"Help me"

You quietly plead

"I can't do this"

You cry silently

"I'm sorry"

You grip the rope tighter

"Come back"

I scream, seeing you hang

"Ask me later"

Started it all

"Ask me now"

I wail, wanting you back
