Asking For It

I am not your toy, your plaything, your prisoner; I am not an object, or an expectation; I am never asking for it. I am a wife, a mother, a daughter; I am a woman, feel my frustration; I am never asking for it. I am your equal, your companion, your partner. Do not detain me. Do not constrain me. Listen to me my words will be stronger. You will disrespect me no longer. And know that I am never asking for it.
