Asleep

We know our destiny

We know our ending

We know our duties and expectations

We know our consequence

We know our reward

Why aren't we acting upon it?

Is it possible for no to pass this test

Why are we folling things that don't make sense?

That give but don't last

Are we under a curse of forgetting?

Or is the truth to out of setting

Are we doomed into an enchanted sleep?

That needs a prince to make us sweep

Out of our endless sleep

I am rising and falling

My thoughts are bombing

They keep me up for the night

They wake me from my soundest sleep

To watch the people around me disappear and gloom ASLEEP
