Assault

Vicious. like nothing ever before.

Cries of help echoing through the streets as she taken.

Abused. Forgotten.

Every last right stripped away.

No one knew where he took her.

What his filthy hands did.
What words jumped out of his mouth.

Nobody remembers, except her.

Revenge, she seeks it in the disappearing cracks of walls.

She waits,

until the day it’s given.
