ASTR1102

I am Satellite to a radiant singularity of gravity-- Gravitas; when you leave our bed I am a solitary crag of lumpy planetoid thrown further into a blackness so complete the thought aches, echoes in my skull. Yet later we are virtual particles, Bursting into existence out of the buzzing and yelling that exists in the most empty of nothings annihilating each other in the next subatomic instant, the most violent tiny act that ever went unnoticed by janitors, or demigods, or tourists in the museum atrium. Einstein said "Once you accept the universe as something expanding into an infinite nothing which is something, wearing stripes with plaid is easy." Why isn't this easier to live with, then these shooting glances from across the table; creating and destroying me in less time than it takes for the next drop of coffee to drip into the pot.
