I wanted to leave
and you wanted to come with me |

I said I tied the knot
and you thought |

It was between us
but it was for the rope that would create a mess you'd have to clean up |

And I apologize
for all the lies |

For the broken promises
Like I'll stay clean but roll up my sleeve and be the opposite |

You loved my lips as much as I loved your freckles

You were rough
And I was gentle |

Play fights were fun
You knew I loved to wrestle|

Everything was great between us
Except for the 345 miles between us
It's been months
Since I've felt your touch |

I wonder if you still know how I feel
Because I remember your skin and how it'd burn but how it'd heal |

<p>I don&#39;t know why it doesn&#39;t display the way I want it to. :(</p>
