Athazagoraphobia

Time crawls by in my chaotic whisper,an observer hidden in plain sight.

Guarded hearts with razor wires, sick smilkes burned my soul, hearts into ribbons.

Open windows across the way, we live alone in the house of harrowed hearts.

These bruises never my doing.

I drown in memories of decaying smiles and smoke-filled lies.

What can I do to change my heart?

I hold on to memories of you, strengthening the walls, but armoured hearts still hurt.

Trust no one completely, even shadows will leave you in the dark.

Flash my teeth in a sweet smile, I know I can crush anyone with truth.

Embrace the silence,

Silence greets me as an old friend,

Silence speaks the most words,

Keeps my fears at bay, I accept myself in this chaos knows as love.
