Thinking the world is conspiring to go against your will
Your closest relatives seem to be the ones farthest away
The way you view the world has changed

Believing that you are being poisoned with turpentine
Excessively writing in a secret journal that no one else can see
The way you view the world has changed

Running away from brothers ans sisters,
At the police station telling tales of abuse
The way you view the world has changed

Hallucinating that there are black cars sent to follow you,
By your dearest brother who would never do so
The way you view the world has changed

Not remembering where you placed your money or keys,
Imagining that people are stealing and hiding them from you
The way you view the world has changed

Not understanding why you are in the hospital
Trying all means to get away, to be home
The way you view the world has changed

Now others can't recognize you
They don't understand what happened to their "Aunt Rita"
The way I view the world has changed.
