[Austin] Flowers

Inside of everyone

grows

a garden full of

daisies and lavender.

Blooming and wilting

in our hearts,

lungs,

brains.

Like a flower,

a beautiful, delicate being

he planted himself

in my heart,

in my lungs,

in my brain.

He rooted himself

in my soul

growing stronger,

blossoming into a

garden

bedding into my life.

Not unlike a

weed, or fire

his garden spread

his love spread

until he consumed

me, the garden

he was and the

garden I was

became one.

Together we grow

every tree, every herb,

every weed,

just as beautiful

as the

Flowers.
