Autopsy

A stranger stands over Asking what led to your demise Your secrets can no longer hide From the moment you die To when they cut you open To investigate your insides Your sins Your wounds Are no longer hid within Still they ask " what happened to you" On the outside it's clear rigimortis has set in It's still not clear what cause your end They make many observations and notes about you But sadly your frozen and stiff there's nothing you can do Yet you still speak from beyond the grave But you don't make a sound or even a wave Your answers come with the conditions of your organs And the bind marks found on your skin The time of your death Is known by temperature of your liver Tho you lay still In some ways you stand and deliver
