Autumn Blaze

The breeze was always cold but warm near you. There was a securiting in your arms that I couldn't find with anyone else. Because of that it made it 100 times harder to say goodbye. I am grateful for it all though. Through you I learned what it's like to love myself. I learned to see the beauty in me. I have learned that where autumn leaves have fallen, there is strength. The time I spent I can never get back. The energy I gave away can never be replaced. Times are always changing, and you and I are at peace.
