Autumn Glory

Green leaves start to turn,

Orange like the fires burn.

Oh, how I admire its glow,

It causes the days to slow.

Red leaves scatter around,

The colors of fall cover the ground.

Oh, how I love the autumn chill,

It makes time stand still.

Yellow leaves cascade through the air,

The brightness still seems fair.

Oh, how I crave the autumn breeze,

It slowly whispers through the trees.

Leaves lay upon the grass,

A blanket laid as carefully as glass.

Oh, how I smell the crisp air,

It all seems not to care.
