An average everyday love poem
This isnt your average love poem
i dont want to compare your eyes to the stars or the moon
i want to compare them to the eyes of a killer
ready to strike at my weakest moment
watching me crack and break as if its your own weird ass kink
to imagine temporarily fixing me with tape
i dont want to compare your lips to morning dew on grass
instead to poison
slowly intoxicating my bloodstream
overtaking my brain
this isnt your average love poem
because what we have isnt love
it isnt love at all
it is fear
it is intimidation
it is me running away
from my own everlasting fear
of being alone
