Awaiting Answer...

Awaiting  an answer a young lady sits in the middle of a crossroads

she was never told that she was good enough until her eyes began to unfold

everywhere she went people would have an instant opinion on her apperance

but little did they know where she started in the beginning

she tried everything she could to impress everyone else,so much,

she started to forget about being true to  herself

no matter how much she tried to get on their good side they never gave her the time of day

everytime she went to church everyone always said pray pray pray!

she was being labeled as an disable because of her plus-sized appearance

awaiting an answer from all of the negative people

that wouldnt care if she had an instant dissaperance

unworthy, not good enough,disgraceful is what she has been labeled as 

wishing and hoping that someone would just give her a chance

she is tired of being left out she she demands a change

the names that she is being called will no longer stand 

she will not await an answer from another man!

she is strong and ready to take on a new calling

one that will certainly not be awaiting
