Awakened.

I use to wonder what regret tasted like Now I am too familiar with the sting it leaves on my tongue Skin after skin I touch and I am still broken And bored. So bored. I am too far to love again and I wonder what happened to change me I use to be a fucking romantic and now what Now I couldn't care less A different man a night for a while And then I stopped, too dizzy to keep count. My heart is broken. Beaten. Bruised. I cast off every kiss and touch and solemn vow broken I am new. Watch me rise.
