Awakening

Finally, I snarl

My fangs bared against unjust trials

The beast beneath me moves

Righteous purpose rejecting all false power

The light of my soul shining

In crushing splendor

The vessel of destruction falls

And my crown grows

The line blurs beneath my resolution

And heaven parts beneath my gaze

All to free

The one I love

Most of my stuff is inspired by some of the very somber anti-war poems written after WW1. Others can be on a whim or based off fictional works.
