An Awesome Day at the Beach

My skin simply soaks up summer all day

We make memories sitting in the sand

People splash in the water as they play

The day is just the way we planned

As I look at the people around me I can’t help but to grin

No life could ever compare

Sand tickles my chin

The waves spray into my hair

It feels like it was just the morning

The sun is slightly setting

We just have to listen to another song

Sadly the day just isn't that long

I walk with all my friends

The day has come to an end
