Awesome Rainy Day

Rain Storm stops all play,

Little children looking grey,

Momma ask “why the dismay?”

Children say “There is no more field day.”

Momma states “Get out and play.”

“You might as well make a water day.”

The children walk out to play,

They begin to splash away,

Laughing and giggling the rainy day away.

They sang all through the night

What an awesome delight!
