To see the trees, and run from the honey bees

To smell the fresh air, and be relaxed without a care

Even just for a second, because life can be so hectic

When your pet eats your pancake, there's still leftover chocolate cake

To get tangled in your three dogs' leashes, at least the neighbor giggled to see this

Even when your niece spits up on your shoulder, she's still the cutest and I refuse to not hold her

To be alive each day, and have the chance to dance in the rain

To have a storm take out the power, and then tell ghost stories for the next hour

Even if you are scared of the dark, we will light all the candles with a matches spark

It's everything little in life that makes you feel alive

Without all the experience, life would be too serious
