Baba
Leathery hands,
Worn out with age and toil.
Exquisite posture,
Standing as tall and straight as a tree.
Gentle lips,
Kissing cheeks at midnight when home from work.
Shiny head,
Bald from fifty four years of hardship.
Caring heart,
Generous for always giving to those who need it.
Pure soul,
One which will always burn bright and soar up next to the stars.
My father,
A man I will forever love and cherish.
A man who made me who I am today.
