Dear baby girl,

You are all alone,

Never understanding why the place you called a house was never a home

Wishing to feel a parents love and affection

Never even realizing that you were a mistake right from conception

Each day you sit in the corner

Teardrops become your armor

And even when you try to reach out

All your plans just go south

Dear baby girl,

You are now becoming of age

Every obstacle attempting to bind you into a cage

Starting from that fateful day

When those evil hands thought that you saying no meant okay

Every night you toss and turn

Thinking that one day those memories will finally burn

But baby girl, when will you finally learn

That you are stronger than all those who hurt you

They are weak, you are stern

Dear baby girl,

You are now becoming a woman

Never let anyone belittle you as if you’re not a human

Turn all the frustration into determination

Your success is reality not imagination

P.S: Baby girl, you remind me of someone I know very well, someone who always had the key, and that person is me.
