Do you remember

The day when we first met?

That time in November?

When we didn't know it yet-

That we'd fall in love with each other

The we'd want to spend our lives together.

But it fell apart, and it broke my heart.

I still remember

When you said you'd always be mine.

But the storms came and blew our hopes away,

And our love was lost to time.

It took a long time to move on.

To make amends, to right all the wrongs,

After it fell apart. After you broke my heart.

I can't lie

Sometimes I think back to the way things used to be

When you were mine.

But now all that's left are all our memories.

I've had to learn how to let go.

I've had wander on my own,

To realize that there is so much more to life.

I wish that I had no regrets,

But I'll never forget.

Every second I spent with you.

All the good and the bad,

The happy, the sad,

Because you were a dream come true.

But that's all in the past,

Because it didn't last.

But still, no one else in the World

Is like you.

There's no one like my Babygirl.
