BACK AGAIN

Here iM back again with tears , 

I’m back again with saying I’m fine , 

When I’m struggling, 

With depression, 

But here I’m back again 

I’m back again feeling lonely,

I’m back again feeling ugly , 

I’m back again blaming myself , hating myself 

I’m back again with the fear to sleep , 

I’m back again with this pain , 

I’m back again alone , 

But here I’m back again 

Here I’m back again broken , 

Here I’m back again lost , 

Here I’m back again worried , 

Here I’m back again , I’m just here back again 

But here I’m back again 

Here I’m back again in a battle for my joy , 

I’m back again with open cuts , 

Darkness clouds the sky , Ropes tie to my back , 

Chains on my feet , tape over my mouth , my eyes closed , it’s almost as everyday is grey & black 

But here I’m back again 

No sunshine, no rain , 

Just dark clouds , dark room , dark house , 

Mind racing , body shelving, hair pull back , 

Laying still is all I can do it’s almost as if I can’t move 

But here I’m back again
