Back here

Getting jostled in hallways from a rushing sea

Taking notes on a man whose importance is still unclear

Back here

So much to do in so little time

Sitting on plastic and pretending we can hear

Back here

Noisy classmates and schoolyard fights

Girly drama every guy seems to fear

Back here

Wishing graduation was here

Hoping my crush will see me this year
