Back Home

The man I love is back home

Guys are plentiful around here

I can have them all I want

But they’re not him

And he’s not here.

Guys come to me like moths to a flame

I have a roommate who’s always here

There are always people outside

I can talk to whoever, whenever I want

But I’ve never felt so alone.

All I want is him but he won’t come

The most amazing person ever but I don’t see him

I’ve never felt so alone

The hands grab something that the heart don’t need

And what the heart wants the hands can never reach

The realest things are something you can’t see

But it comes in something you can

But what I can see isn’t here

And he won’t come

It’s just me and what I can’t see

All alone
