Back To Normal

Back to normal,

where the day had opportunity

and a kiss waiting.

Comfort and forgiveness

became a blanket that cloaked all

imperfections.

Now all that is left

is

sorrow and

hurt.

Back to normal,

where i was oblivious and

happy.

Now the veil has lifted.

And back to normal, i will never

be.
