back to school
I got on my backpack,
I'm all dressed an ready,
Energy and excitment I lack,
I'll walk slow and steady.
With penicls, pens, and papers,i've got all that,
i'm ready and all packed,
I wonder if others will say i'm too fat,
and if I win a game on a device will they say that I hacked?
Kids greet old friends they see,
but I stand in the corner looking nervously,
I've got all I need my best friend is Me,
The teachers I hope none of them looks or calls on me.
I sit back and try to relax,
then I see all those kids trailing in like they some celebrities,
they acting and dressing all fancy,
I try to ignore them but some of them can't mind their own beeswax.
I'm just here for my education,
not to be around those who think they fearless,
I think i'm going to need a very long vacation,
because these kids I really won't miss.
I ain't trying to sound so mean,
it's just I have a hard time,
I know how bad I must seem,
I walk through the lunch line and I don't even got a dime!
