Back in Time

I sit down and think of a perfect rhyme,

As I close my eyes and think back in time,

Never once was involved in any crime,

But fell in love that didn't cost a dime,

Throughout my life I've been completely blind,

He's the only one that would come in mind,

As I know he'll be difficult to find,

Deep down I know he'll be one of a kind,

There are times that I can be outspoken,

But having you is a special token,

That'll leave my heart for you unspoken,

As my heart shall never be heartbroken,

I know there are times I can be insane,

To where jealousy appears in my brain,

Stopping it is like breaking a gold chain,

As sorrow and saddness is what I'll gain,

But as much as I want to avoid it,

Bringing it up will cause a major fit,

Causing our hearts into a major split,

As I would like to prove I'll still commit,
