The back of the truck
These are the moments I look up at the stars and see you. The back of the trucks filled with great people and happy souls but no one compares to you. If you were here, by my left hip we could just sit as the truck drives. The cold breeze would force me to be as close to you as possible and hug you tighter then ever before. I would rest my head on your chest, watching the stars with your arms around me. I'd fall for you as the night surrounds us and I kiss your hands gently. I've saved one for your lips but your warmth prevents me from motion. I listen to your breaths and count 1... 2... 3... For every one breath from you, two comes from me. As I fall asleep I think, but all I can think about is you, as always. "This is the guy I want to be wrapped around my finger... I want to keep for as long as possible." I know this Will never happen though. As soon as something doesn't go your way you'll rage and I'll get punished for it. You would yell and hit me till I make everything go your way. However he will never disappear from my heart but if he pushes me away from his I will try to fuse the hole and sew it shut. If I can't sadness will thrust itself upon me and I will feel as if death is coming. I will still love you. I will still be sad, but the time that I spent with you was all worth the pain.
