Bad Luck

I broke a mirror once

It shattered

And the glass drew blood

I think back to that mirror

And wonder

How many years I have left

They say it’s seven

But I can’t be sure

Maybe it’s seven for every crack

I suppose my life

Is reflected in that mirror
