Off balance

My soul is restless yet smiling truly, honestly smiling. Sorry if I look sad to you, but this is my happy soul face not necessarily my happy body face. Duh. How do you tell somebody that you love them? Not in a boy-likes-girl or girl-likes-boy way, but honestly letting them know the truth of how much they have changed your life for the better? Is there any deceptive bad feeling in wanting to thank someone for their life?
