The Ball Drop

People think it's so much fun,

but I just find it really dumb;

It's just a giant disco-ball.

descending from a tower so small;

While I watched it, I probably snoozed,

I can't believe it made the news;

The only reason kids love that sight

is because it allows them to stay up all night.
