"The Ballet Class"
The everlasting internal conflict between
artistry and nature,
highly formalized tradition facing endless
antagonizing rehearsals.
Both sides, while one far
more favored by
the outside, each create their
own reality.
The artist’s eye, trained to look
and feel, often
too indescribable for most,
offers insight into the world behind the stage.
Yet set back, out of context and unattached,
the eyes are deceived
by pearly white tulle
and limelight paired with godly acts.
