Balloon

Every morning, I attach this,

Balloon to my belt.

Never have I felt,

So weightless,

Unsparing, regardless.

I finally smile on my walk,

To work, and silently trot,

Across the street. Without thought.

And as this balloon Flops,

On my side I am brought,

Up to heaven.

Or will it Pop?
