Bang
Just had an energy drink
Yeah I’m listening to P!nk
Doing your dishes in the sink
—It makes me think
I am done with you
You say it’s not what it seems
But it is
If you really did love me
Then why is our "love"
The way it is
I massage your skin
When your body’s aching
Shaking
Man my heart is breaking
I do your laundry when it’s dirty and
Still kiss you in a hurry
But the time that you loved me is getting blurry
I look into your eyes
No surprise
That they don’t meet mine
They’re focused on your screen
Not what’s happening
Between you and me...
It must be lovely
To have a girlfriend
You want occasionally
Miss me miss me
But you don’t
Now you gotta kiss me kiss me
But you won’t
You’re my first love
And my first hate
But not the first person to
Realize what you have too late
You’re sleeping on the couch
Again
Said you want to be alone
Again
If you want to be alone
Why did you make me your girl…
Friend
At least your cat
Loves me
He claws me but still cuddles me
When all you do is cut me
I’d rather feel the pain
Physically
Than emotionally
There’s no more dopamine
So I drink
To numb the pain
Then I awake
Not to bright sunshine
But to heavy rain
It’s all the same
In my dreams
We’re in love
And we’re kissing
In reality
You’re no longer
Who I’m missing
If you were to leave me
Then I’d let you
So you could finally realize
All that I’ve done for you
You’d have to
Cook for yourself
And rub your own back
Then you’d want to text me...
This time I wouldn’t reply back
I’ve done enough talking
You clearly don’t want me
You had me at one point…
But then you lost me
Take me back to the time
When things were good
When I could exist around you
And you would
Give me the love that I need
So desperately
Why couldn’t you see
Unfortunately
Our sparks died
You ignored me
And I cried
We had a sad ending
I’m sending
All my love from afar
I packed my bags
Yeah my heart
Had open wounds
Now they’re scars
The world was ours
But now it’s just mine
So say goodbye
Valentine
Until next time...
