Banishing Misconceptions

As a consultant, I work with team members across the globe,

coming into the role with preconceptions I know.

Quickly, I realized that we come from the same God,

being able to communicate with simply a nod.

Three years later I have grown and learned,

yet, the most biggest accomplishment is the respect that I have earned.

I hope that other can learn not to judge,

because all that is done is creating a grudge.
