Bare
I long for the nakedness feeling of art
And when all seems lost, it’s all I have to cling to
I have to do this otherwise I can’t go on with my many more important things.
Emotions must be cast aside so I can do things properly.
And this is the only net I have to capture the feelings of frustration and fear that constantly escape.
Once again they’ve stopped me and held me down.
I have to start the important things anew.
But in the end, whether I survive isn’t what matters.
I won’t.
Simply.
But many fine people are consumed.
All I ask, is that this bareness be seen and held.
For if it is not-
Things really are all for not.
