Basketball

The sound the ball makes when it hits the floor. The plays the coach gives that help us to score. I dribble the ball to get down the court. Skills that can never be bought from the store. Hours of practice to make me better; Lifting heavy weights in the gym's weight room, Learning ways to be a good pick setter. I sweep up the floor like a kitchen broom. Lap after lap around a local track. I watch basketball any chance I can. I try to make up for the things I lack. Love every defense like man to man. I am a baller for life, you must know, Know that I am always ready to go.
