Bathe In These Waterfalls

Tried to lose myself in the deep end

Who cares how high I fill the bath water

When I'm already in over my head

Bathe in these waterfalls

Even my fakest laugh was not enough to convince them

I faked it the only way I knew how

Chin up and eyes bright with constant smiles

But clearly that wasn’t enough for them

They all sucked me dry without a second thought

And I began to lose myself all over again

So long, farewell. Goodbye to those who knew me.
